Our desserts are specially curated to avoid all major allergens, and to taste delicious. Everything we create is approved vegetarian or vegan by the Vegetarian Society.

We only use whole, natural, nutrient-dense ingredients in our desserts, and for us, taste is everything. From tangy fruits to decadent chocolate, our intense flavours make every mouthful a delight. We never use artificial additives, only delicious, natural ingredients.

We never use artificial colours, flavours or preservatives in our recipes. Kambee desserts contain only natural plant-based sugar alternatives for a perfect flavour balance. At the Kambee kitchen, we have 3 completely separate zones to ensure that there is no cross contamination between plant-based and dairy-based ingredients, products or equipment as well as gluten & nut products.
We believe in being completely open and transparent about our ingredients and the reasons we choose to use them, so on each product page, you will see full list of ingredients as well as a clear and concise list of allergens and/or dietary restrictions.
Our delicious, crunchy biscuit bases are handmade daily in-house and are entirely sugar-free, gluten-free & diary-free (vegan) and full of nutritious ingredients that are good for you and your digestive system.

Cannellini (White Kidney) Beans
Cannellini Beans are members of the larger family of legumes, plants used for their edible seeds and pods that boast a high nutrient density with low-maintenance production and storage. They contain high levels of protein, essential minerals and fiber while maintaining a low level of fats.
Cannellini Beans have been shown to help prevent Heart disease as well as Crohn's disease & cancers, help with blood sugar control, aid digestion, detoxification of sulphites and many more health benefits.
Inulin is a type of dietary fiber found in many plants. It has many health benefits, such as improving digestive health, helping control diabetes, and aiding weight loss.
Stevia is an intensely sweet-tasting plant that has been used to sweeten beverages and make tea since the 16th century & contains little to zero calories. Stevia is used as a healthy alternative to added sugars in many meals and beverages. The low-calorie count qualifies Stevia to be a great alternative for diabetes control or weight loss.
Erythritol is a sugar alcohol used as a natural low-calorie sweetener. It provides only 6% of the calories found in an equal amount of sugar and it acts as an antioxidant which may improve blood vessel function in people with type 2 diabetes. These benefits may potentially reduce risks of heart disease too.
Guar gum is made from legumes called Guar beans. Scientific studies show they can be beneficial for our health, including improved digestion, regulating blood sugar and cholesterol levels as well as weight maintenance.
Xanthan Gum may be able to lower blood sugar by slowing digestion and affecting how quickly sugar can enter the bloodstream. Xanthan Gum has many others benefits for the health including: lower cholesterol, weight loss and cancer-fighting properties.
Sunflower oil is made by pressing the seeds of the Helianthus annuus plant. It’s often touted as a healthy oil, as it contains unsaturated fats that may benefit heart health.
Some studies suggest that consuming high oleic sunflower oil, especially in place of saturated fats, may help reduce your risk of heart disease by lowering bad cholesterol and raising good cholesterol.
Pink Himalayan salt contains numerous minerals not found in sea salt and is considerably healthier than traditional table salt which contains chemical fillers. And because Himalayan salt doesn't come from the sea, isn't contaminated with micro plastics.
We use a special blend of naturally gluten free flours: Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize and Buckwheat to create a perfect alternative to everyday wheat flour. This forms the key ingredient in all our delicious gluten-free digestive biscuit bases and means that almost all of our cheesecakes** are suitable for people with gluten intolerances.
Despite its name, buckwheat is not related to wheat and is completely gluten-free. Buckwheat may moderate blood sugar levels, making it a healthy choice for people with type 2 diabetes. It may boost heart health by improving blood pressure and your blood lipid profile.
